The Challenge
Warner Music Group's ADA (independent distribution arm) is scaling growth across Brazil. You'll sit at the intersection of growth strategy and digital distribution, analyzing KPIs, optimizing conversion funnels, and identifying expansion opportunities in a rapidly evolving music tech landscape.
Your Mission
Master WMG's core KPIs and conversion funnel metrics; produce weekly performance dashboards
Support 3-4 active BI projects and deliver actionable insights on growth bottlenecks
Document 5+ process flows explaining growth and distribution operations for internal alignment
Identify and propose 2-3 automation opportunities in current growth processes
Own analysis of partner acquisition and retention cohorts; present quarterly growth strategy recommendations
Lead optimization of 1-2 key conversion funnels with measured impact (10%+ improvement target)
Build reusable BI templates and dashboards reducing reporting time by 30%+
Support 1-2 business development or M&A diligence projects end-to-end
