VeraMatch Partnership is an AI technology company building solutions to the global loneliness epidemic ; named a public health crisis by the WHO and the U.S. Surgeon General.

We operate two live platforms

MyAthena.life an AI-powered personal development and life coaching app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, structured around self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and life transformation.

VeraMatch a verified, values-based relationship platform with an embedded AI relationship coach named Vera, deployed on the web, built to replace surface-level dating culture with something meaningful and lasting.

Both platforms are live. Our development team is in place. We are now building our marketing function from the ground up.

The Role

We are hiring a Growth Marketer to own the marketing strategy and execution for both platforms. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one position. You will build the audience, run the campaigns, test the channels, and drive user acquisition. There is no existing playbook, you will write it.

This is an early-stage role at a company with live products and a clear mission. As the company grows and milestones are reached, this role is intended to evolve into a senior leadership position.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across both platforms
  • Build and manage organic social, content, and community channels
  • Run paid acquisition experiments across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on brand voice and positioning
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on data
  • Identify partnership and influencer opportunities aligned with our mission

What We Are Looking For

  • Genuine passion for human connection, mental wellness, or personal development
  • Experience with mobile app or consumer platform growth (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions without a large team around you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments
  • Owner mentality ; ou treat what you work on as your own

Compensation

This is a current equity-only role. We are an early-stage company without a cash salary at this stage. Equity plus Profit Shares which is milestone-based that will be discussed during the interview process. Future cash compensation is tied to company growth milestones, which will be outlined in your agreement.
