Sales & Marketing Director
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Summercrest Senior Living. Your ability to build strong relationships, guide families through the move-in process, and develop strategic marketing initiatives will contribute to maintaining occupancy goals.

Job type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri | Weekend as Needed | Manager on Duty Rotation
_Salary: _$65,000 - $75,000 including comission

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, offering guidance and support during their transition to our community.
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours for prospective residents, professionals, and community influencers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain targeted occupancy levels.
- Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on community events and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
- Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the move-in process, from furniture planning to moving services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families to ensure satisfaction after move-in.
- Manage sales metrics including calls, appointments, tours, deposits, and move-ins, and maintain an up to date CRM database.
- Report on sales, marketing, and occupancy activity.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in senior living or long-term care sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to close the sale.
- Effective follow-through and follow-up with marketing leads.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Good listener with the ability to overcome sales objections.
- Results-oriented, accessible, confident, and willing to learn.
- Accepts rejection on sales calls with a smile.
- Genuinely enjoys working with seniors and their adult children.
- Ability to represent the community professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation for external sales calls.
