The Challenge

TVH is a major parts distributor looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to own the entire Nordics market—translating sales priorities into executable omnichannel campaigns across digital, events, and trade shows. You'll drive growth for the Nordics region and Battery Supplies BU with full P&L ownership and stakeholder influence.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Nordics marketing performance across all channels; identify top 3 quick wins and optimization opportunities

Develop and present localized regional marketing plan aligned with FY2026 sales targets and product priorities

3

Launch first omnichannel campaign (e-commerce + digital + event) with clear KPI targets and tracking dashboard

4

Build relationships with key internal stakeholders (Regional Sales, Centers of Excellence) and external agencies

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4+ major omnichannel campaigns with documented 15%+ ROI improvement vs. baseline

2

Increase e-commerce marketing contribution to regional revenue by minimum 20%

3

Organize and execute 2+ regional events/tradeshows with documented lead generation and brand lift metrics

4

Establish reporting cadence with monthly performance reviews driving plan iterations and budget reallocation

Regional Revenue Growth

YoY revenue growth attributed to marketing activities across Nordics and Battery Supplies BU.

E-commerce Conversion Rate

Track conversion performance on regional e-commerce channels and optimize content/timing.

Campaign ROI

Measure return on investment for each omnichannel campaign across digital, print, and events.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Monitor CAC by channel to optimize budget allocation toward highest-efficiency tactics.

Event Lead Quality & Volume

Track leads generated from tradeshows and events with downstream conversion rates.

Salary

€55K-€75K base

Remote

On-site in Waregem, Flemish Region, Belgium. Regional travel expected for events and customer visits.

  • You're comfortable building e-commerce strategies and tracking performance across digital and offline channels
  • You thrive in complex stakeholder environments and can influence without direct authority
  • You speak English fluently and have strong cultural understanding of Nordic markets (Scandinavian language bonus)
  • You're data-driven and obsessed with ROI optimization, not just campaign execution
