At TP, were looking for our next Direct Advertiser a consultative sales expert ready to help businesses maximize their digital advertising investments and drive outstanding results.
Your Mission
As a Direct Advetiser, you will manage a portfolio of advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through consultative sales and digital marketing expertise.
What Youll Do
- Manage a portfolio of medium and large advertisers, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROI, and conversions.
- Develop and execute optimization strategies to maximize advertisers results.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive additional advertising investment through consultative sales.
Provide recommendations across digital channels including Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution. Utilize CRM platforms and analytical tools to monitor account performance and support business growth.
What Youll Bring Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales and 1 year of experience in general sales or account management roles. English level B2 (mandatory). Portuguese level C1 (mandatory). Advanced knowledge of SEM/PPC/SEO tools and digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns and account portfolios.
