Marketing Sales Expert

Were looking for a Marketing Sales Expert to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, youll work in a consultative sales environment, managing client accounts, analyzing digital advertising performance, and advising customers on how to optimize their marketing investment to drive business growth. Youll act as a trusted advisor, combining sales mindset, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision-making to deliver high-impact solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Your Role

As a Growth and Marketing Expert you will

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across online platforms.

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients (Book of Business).

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Present high-level proposals and clearly demonstrate the value of digital advertising solutions. Identify growth opportunities and consistently work toward exceeding sales targets. Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience. At least 1 year of B2B sales experience. 6 to 12 months of experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or roles advising marketers.

Technical Skills

Ability to translate marketing goals into actionable digital strategies. Solid understanding of online advertising metrics and performance analysis.

Consultative Mindset

Experience managing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and consistently achieving sales goals.

Communication Skills

Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and written communication with decision-makers.
