We're looking for a Go-To-Market & Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of our brands across the UK & Ireland market. Why is this role exciting? You'll have a direct impact on the growth of multiple digital health brands, including Top Doctors, I Want Great Care, Manitex, and Top Health Tech. This is a highly visible role where strategy and execution go hand in hand. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Business Development, and senior leadership teams to launch new services, drive partner acquisition, increase engagement, and accelerate growth across one of our most strategic markets.
What you'll do
- Own the UK growth marketing strategy across multiple brands and customer segments.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, service enhancements, and brand activations.
- Develop multi-channel B2B campaigns focused on lead generation, acquisition, engagement, and activation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and coordinate the Performance Marketing and Social Media team for the UK market.
- Coordinate with design teams and agencies to deliver marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, email campaigns, and event materials.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise results through testing and experimentation. Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and messaging. Deliver presentations and commercial materials for business opportunities and events. We'd love to meet you if... ¿ You have 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Go-To-Market, or similar roles. ¿ You have experience driving acquisition, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives. ¿ You are comfortable analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions. ¿ You have worked across multiple products, brands, customer segments, or international markets. ¿ You have experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business teams. ¿ You understand digital marketing funnels, lead generation, customer journeys, and go-to-market execution. ¿ You have excellent project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills. ¿ You have strong communication skills in English (C1+). ¿ Experience in digital healthcare, eHealth, SaaS, marketplaces, or technology-driven businesses is highly valued. ¿ Experience with Power BI or other analytics platforms is a plus.
