The Challenge
Talia.fr is a state-recognized marketing & communication school seeking an apprentice to own digital marketing execution across strategy, campaigns, and social channels. You'll rotate through real client/internal projects while earning a credential (Bac to Bac+5) and actual wages.
Your Mission
Execute 2-3 end-to-end digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, tracking conversion and engagement metrics
Audit and optimize social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook; publish 3x weekly with brand consistency
Conduct competitive and market analysis using free tools (SEMrush trial, Google Trends, social listening) to surface 5+ growth opportunities
Document marketing playbooks for email, retargeting, and content workflows for team handoff
Own performance dashboards: ROI tracking, CAC, LTV, and channel attribution across all digital properties
Launch and iterate on 1-2 demand generation campaigns, targeting 15%+ conversion improvement over baseline
Build social media audience by 25-40% through content strategy, community management, and influencer outreach
Present quarterly business review to leadership with data insights and 3 actionable growth recommendations
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn); target 3:1 minimum by month 4.
Social Engagement Rate
Comments, shares, saves as % of followers; benchmark against competitors, iterate to 2-3% baseline.
Content Performance Score
Average views, CTR, and time-on-page for owned content; target top 10% performance per content type.
Lead Quality & Volume
Number and conversion rate of leads generated via campaigns; track cost-per-qualified-lead weekly.
