My Job Glasses is a French Tech 2030 winner with 820K professionals on platform—now scaling B2B (enterprises, schools, gov). You'll architect the multi-channel acquisition engine to unlock their next growth phase.
Your Mission
Map B2B segments (enterprises, education, admin) and define ICPs; establish baseline metrics for each channel
Audit current Pipedrive setup and ensure Sales team adoption; implement basic CRM hygiene and reporting dashboard
Launch 2-3 multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email nurturing, 1 webinar) targeting top priority segments
Build B2B messaging framework and 3-5 core sales collateral assets (1-pagers, pitch decks, email sequences)
Deliver 40%+ month-over-month qualified lead growth through optimized paid + organic mix
Scale nurturing sequences to 3 segments with >25% engagement rates; reduce sales cycle by 15%
Establish marketing automation workflows in your platform; document playbooks for content + outbound teams
Present quarterly business review showing channel ROI, CAC by segment, and 3-5 data-driven optimization wins
KPIs You'll Own
Qualified Leads by Segment
Track MQLs and SQLs separately for enterprises, education, and admin targets to measure acquisition efficiency.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Monitor blended CPA across all channels (paid, SEO, email, events) vs. customer LTV to optimize spend.
Campaign ROI
Calculate return on paid campaigns, webinars, and email nurturing; target >3:1 ROAS minimum.
Sales Cycle Length & Win Rate
Work with Sales to measure average deal velocity and conversion rate from MQL → customer by segment.
CRM Adoption & Data Quality
Track Pipedrive usage across Sales team and % of records with complete contact/company data.

- You lack hands-on campaign execution experience; this is not a strategy-only position
