The Challenge

Skyline Communications operates globally with DataMiner deployed across 1,500 companies in 125+ countries. They're drowning in marketing data and need someone to turn it into strategic decisions that actually move the needle on growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current tracking setup (GA4, pixels, server-side tagging, consent mode) and fix data quality issues

Build and own the core marketing performance dashboard covering paid, organic, email, and social channels

3

Set up ActiveCampaign workflows and CRM data quality standards; establish clean lead scoring logic

4

Define KPI framework and testing plan across all digital channels with clear baseline metrics

By 6 Months
1

Develop attribution model that connects marketing activities to actual conversions and revenue impact

Implement structured experimentation framework with incrementality testing for major campaigns

3

Own and optimize SEA/SEO performance data; contribute hands-on to technical SEO and content measurement

4

Deliver monthly insights deck identifying trends, anomalies, and budget reallocation opportunities

Data Quality Score

Percentage of tracked events with clean, complete data layer values across GA4, CRM, and ads platforms.

Attribution Accuracy

Variance between modeled conversions and actual sales outcomes; target <10% monthly deviation.

Channel ROI

Revenue attributed per pound spent across paid search, display, social, and organic channels.

Lead Quality Score

Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that convert to opportunities within 60 days.

Dashboard Adoption

Weekly active users viewing performance dashboards; target >80% of marketing team.
