The Challenge

Skello raised €40M to dominate shift-work management across Europe. You'll build their acquisition machine by running multi-million-euro campaigns and leveraging AI/automation to scale qualified leads faster than humanly possible.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) across France, Spain, Italy with real budget ownership

Build 3+ AI-powered automation workflows (Zapier/n8n/Make) that scale content creation and personalization

Establish baseline metrics: CPL, CAC, conversion funnel analysis in HubSpot/Looker

4

Run 5+ creative A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages, documenting winners/losers

By 6 Months
1

Reduce CPL by 25%+ through data-driven optimization and creative testing

Own full MQL pipeline for 1+ European market, hitting monthly targets consistently

3

Develop 2-3 scalable AI automation frameworks that the team can replicate across campaigns

4

Present growth insights quarterly: funnel analysis, channel performance, and next-quarter strategy recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track and optimize paid acquisition cost across all channels to identify highest-ROI campaigns.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

Primary output metric; measure qualified lead volume and quality from each campaign.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Understand end-to-end cost from lead to paying customer; essential for unit economics.

Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in ad → landing page → form submission flow.

For You If
  • You're a Master 2 student from a top business/engineering school and want to compress 2 years of growth learning into 6 months
  • You're obsessed with AI tools (Cursor, n8n, Zapier, LLMs) and constantly testing new automation approaches
  • You believe 'done is better than perfect' and iterate rapidly based on data, not gut feel
  • You're analytically wired: comfortable in Excel/Sheets, love finding the narrative in numbers, and own your metrics
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site Paris with no flexibility
  • You're not fluent in English and French (Spanish/Italian a bonus, not required)
  • You want a traditional 'coffee-run' internship; you'll be managing real budgets and driving revenue from day one
  • You're uncomfortable with uncertainty and rapid pivoting based on campaign performance

30min conversation with Growth Team Lead on motivation, AI/tool experience, and growth mindset

Growth Case Study

Take-home assignment: analyze a paid campaign dataset, identify optimization levers, propose A/B tests

Final Interview + Team Meeting

Discuss case study, dive into growth philosophy, and meet 1-2 team members for cultural fit
