Simplon is a 40K+ alumni EdTech impact player across 120 global campuses. You'll own the entire acquisition machine—from SEO to B2B prospecting—driving growth for France's most accessible tech training ecosystem.
Your Mission
Map current acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, socials, email) and establish baseline KPIs for each lever
Build acquisition roadmap aligned with Simplon's commercial targets for 2026
Implement tracking dashboards in HubSpot/Looker Studio to measure CAC and conversion rates by channel
Launch first B2B prospecting sequences targeting corporate partners and enterprises
Optimize acquisition spend allocation across channels based on CAC vs. LTV data; target 15-20% efficiency gain
Scale B2B pipeline: 200+ qualified leads/month with 25%+ qualification rate
Reduce B2C admission journey friction; increase opt-in to nurture sequences by 30%
Establish vendor management processes and secure 2-3 new experimental acquisition partnerships (influencer, partnerships, events)
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Track CPA by channel (SEA, email, organic, B2B) and optimize budget allocation monthly.
Qualified Lead Volume
Monitor B2B and B2C leads entering the pipeline weekly; track progression through qualification stages.
Lead-to-Enrollment Conversion Rate
Measure % of qualified leads converting to paying students/enterprise customers by cohort.
Campaign ROI
Calculate return on marketing spend across all paid and owned channels; target 3:1 minimum.
Email Open/Click-Through Rate
Benchmark nurture campaign performance; aim for 25%+ open rate, 5%+ CTR.

- You're equally comfortable with B2B SalesNav/LinkedIn prospecting AND B2C funnel optimization
- You can build dashboards, read SQL queries, and speak fluent data (HubSpot, GA4, Looker required)
- You thrive owning end-to-end strategy + execution—no hand-offs—and ship fast in agile environments
- You need remote/hybrid; this is fully on-site in Montreuil
- You're purely strategic with no hands-on campaign execution experience
