Your Mission
Build and deploy 3-4 foundational dashboards tracking key market indicators and marketing performance metrics using PowerBI or Tableau
Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence audit across top 5-10 competitors in LATAM TIC space, documenting strategic gaps
Establish market research baseline: identify 5-7 key trends, opportunities, and threats shaping LATAM B2B testing/inspection demand
Align with cross-functional teams (sales, product, comms) on top 3 actionable insights from initial market analysis
Own quarterly market intelligence reports delivered to senior leadership with trend analysis, competitive positioning, and growth recommendations
Optimize 2-3 active marketing initiatives based on performance data, demonstrating measurable lift in engagement or conversion metrics
Map LATAM market segments with sizing, growth rates, and customer behavior profiles to inform go-to-market strategy
Develop repeatable market research methodology and competitive tracking framework for ongoing regional monitoring
