The Challenge
Relay is the operating system for the deskless workforce—2.5B+ messages facilitated, ranked #175 Deloitte Tech Fast 500. You'll be the architect turning strategy into live, optimized campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms for a fast-scaling B2B platform.
Your Mission
Own setup and daily optimization of 3-5 paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, achieving baseline performance targets within 30 days
Implement flawless tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, conversion tags) across all active campaigns to feed clean data to the marketing analytics team
Execute 8-12 A/B tests (audience, creative, bid strategy) and document findings to establish baseline optimization playbook
Onboard and manage 2+ direct-buy publisher partnerships, ensuring on-time delivery and creative asset compliance
Reduce cost-per-acquisition by 15-20% across paid channels through iterative bid strategy and audience refinement
Build and scale 2-3 high-performing audience cohorts on LinkedIn with segment-specific ROI tracking and reporting
Establish monthly optimization cadence delivering 5+ tactical recommendations (creative refresh, placement pruning, budget reallocation) with projected impact
Launch and manage 3-4 multi-channel campaigns from brief to performance review, delivering on-time and on-budget

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Track CPA by channel and campaign; target 15-20% reduction by month 6 through tactical optimization.
Campaign Launch Velocity
Number of campaigns launched on-time and meeting specification; measure consistency and operational excellence.
Data Quality Score
Cleanliness of UTM tagging, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking; target 99%+ accuracy for analytics team.
A/B Test Velocity & Learning
Number of tests executed monthly with documented results; measure pace of experimentation and insights generated.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels; ladder to overall campaign profitability.
