About the Role

A fast-growing company is seeking a

Growth Marketing Manager

to build and scale acquisition, lifecycle, and growth analytics capabilities.


This is a

highly analytical role

focused on driving measurable growth across the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise with strong data analysis skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, optimization, and measurable outcomes matter.


You will work closely with leadership across

marketing, sales, finance, and operations

to improve funnel performance, optimize acquisition channels, and build scalable growth systems.


If you enjoy digging into data, building growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable revenue impact, this role offers significant ownership and visibility.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize

    customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies

    tied directly to funnel performance, revenue growth, and unit economics
  • Launch and scale new growth channels while continuously improving existing programs
  • Manage performance across

    paid search (PPC), paid social, and organic growth channels

  • Analyze and report on key metrics including

    CAC, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and funnel performance

  • Build and maintain

    growth analytics and reporting frameworks

    to improve decision making across teams
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and lead data-driven experimentation and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Develop and implement

    go-to-market strategies

    for new markets and growth opportunities
  • Improve

    marketing attribution, UTMs, and tracking frameworks

    to ensure accurate reporting and insights
  • Partner closely with

    sales, finance, and operations

    to improve pipeline quality, conversion, and profitability
  • Manage agencies and internal resources while maintaining hands-on involvement in performance analysis and optimization


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of experience

    in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong expertise across

    PPC, paid social, SEO, and conversion rate optimization

  • Highly analytical mindset with strong experience in

    Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards, or SQL-based analysis

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing funnel performance and unit economics (CAC, ROAS, CPA)
  • Experience building or improving

    marketing attribution and measurement frameworks

  • Comfortable working with data, identifying insights, and translating them into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive structured, data-driven decisions
  • Experience leading

    cross-functional projects

    involving marketing, sales, finance, operations, or external agencies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High ownership mentality and ability to operate in

    fast-paced, high-growth environments


Bonus Experience

  • Experience in

    local services, marketplaces, or multi-location businesses

  • Experience building

    full lifecycle marketing systems
