Is This Role For You?
- You've built B2B marketing strategies in industrial, technical, or complex sales environments
- You thrive owning both strategy and execution—moving between 30,000-foot vision and campaign details
- You're energized by building marketing from foundations up, not maintaining legacy programs
- You speak fluent English and see German language skills as a bonus for international team interaction
- You want pure strategy or pure execution roles—this is hybrid and you need both
- You're uncomfortable in technical/industrial environments or B2B sales cycles
- You lack team leadership or people management experience—this role requires it
- Remote-only is non-negotiable; this is on-site in Grand Est
