The Challenge
Pourdebon is a purpose-driven food marketplace tackling social and environmental impact. You'll be the marketing Swiss Army knife—owning content, SEO, community, CRM, and PR for a scrappy startup that actually gives a damn.
Your Mission
Publish 8+ SEO-optimized blog articles (producer interviews, recipes) and update homepage/Rich Menu weekly
Establish consistent social media cadence across 6 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn) with 3+ posts/week
Support 4+ newsletter campaigns via Canva templates and ensure 100% on-time delivery
Shadow press relationships: track 5+ press placements and pitch 3 unique product stories to agency
Drive measurable organic traffic: 20%+ increase in blog sessions via keyword-optimized content
Build engaged community: 15% growth in social followers, <24hr response time on DMs
Create 6+ short-form video content pieces (Capcut) for social and email—test engagement lift
Own end-to-end press workflow: manage product shipments, tracking, and media relations with zero missed deadlines

Is This Role For You?
- You're finishing a Bac+3/+4 in digital marketing, communication, or e-commerce and want hands-on growth experience fast
- You write clearly, care about SEO basics, and can juggle content + social + ops without losing your mind
- You're curious about startups, food/sustainability, and genuinely excited about building something real vs. corporate checkbox work
- You're comfortable with Canva and CapCut (or want to learn them properly in 2 weeks)
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site Paris, no exceptions
- You expect high salary or equity for an internship, or need more than €1.4K/month to survive
- You're looking for a specialist role—this is a generalist position demanding constant context-switching and operational grunt work
