The Challenge

Pernod Ricard, global leader in wine and spirits, is looking for someone to drive revenue optimization across their off-premise channels. You'll own pricing strategy, promotion analytics, and process automation in a dynamic commercial environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build dashboards in Excel/Power BI tracking RGM KPIs for off-premise channels (volumes, pricing, promotion spend)

2

Conduct competitive price benchmarking analysis across categories and channels to inform pricing decisions

3

Analyze promotion ROI and identify volume sensitivity to price/promo changes

4

Clean and structure sales/pricing data to improve database quality and reporting reliability

By 6 Months
1

Automate 3-4 repetitive reporting processes, reducing manual workload by 30%+

2

Deliver actionable insights on promotion mechanics—which to scale, which to kill

3

Support budget projection accuracy by owning unitaire/volume reconciliation in forecast models

4

Own tariff grid updates and maintain promotion mechanics documentation for commercial teams

  • You're pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in finance, business analytics, or similar and want real-world RGM experience
  • You're obsessed with data storytelling and turning spreadsheets into actionable insights
  • You have strong Excel fundamentals and hunger to learn Power BI or SQL
  • You're attracted to the wine & spirits category and understand beverage industry dynamics

  • You need flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Marseille for 6 months
  • You lack basic Excel skills or don't want to touch spreadsheets
  • You can't commit to a formal internship convention from your school/university
