The Mission

• Own the Narrative: Take our raw development momentum and convert it into high-leverage content engines across Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.

Creator Arbitrage: Identify, source, and partner with technical content creators, developers, and founders to drive viral distribution.

Engineered Growth Loops: Set up low-cost, high-ROAS digital ad experiments (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Google) to build a high-converting acquisition funnel.

Community Velocity: Turn early users into a cult-like community of power builders who advocate for the product organically.

Who You Are

The Growth Generalist: You have native experience across organic short-form video creation, influencer partnerships, and paid acquisition. You know how to make engineering concepts trend online.

The Executioner: You value speed over perfection. You would rather launch 5 experimental ad hooks today than sit in a meeting planning a campaign for next month.

Product-Fluent: You understand the developer/founder community. You know what makes builders tick and how to communicate a high-utility workflow tool without sounding like a corporate salesman.

The Bootstrapping Mindset: You are energized by the constraints of early-stage growth. You know how to manufacture distribution out of thin air before a massive ad budget is deployed.
