The Challenge
Paragon is a €1.5B+ global leader in business process transformation and omnichannel communication. They're scaling their Marketing Services business line and need someone to build offers that actually drive revenue—bridging strategy, execution, and data.
Your Mission
Map and audit current marketing service offerings; identify gaps vs. market demand and competitive positioning
Launch 2-3 lead generation campaigns (email, automation, CRM) targeting key buyer personas; establish baseline conversion metrics
Build marketing ops playbook: document CRM workflows, automation triggers, and reporting dashboards for HubSpot or equivalent
Align with sales and IT teams on lead qualification criteria, SLA, and handoff process
Increase qualified lead volume by 40-50% month-over-month through structured campaigns and nurture sequences
Deliver restructured service offerings with clear ROI narratives; achieve 25%+ adoption rate with sales team
Implement AI/data-driven personalization in campaigns; measure lift in open rate, CTR, and conversion rate
Build and onboard marketing team (1-2 hires); establish weekly metrics reviews and continuous optimization cadence

Lead Conversion Rate
Percentage of qualified leads that convert to opportunity/deal within 90 days.
Campaign ROI
Revenue generated from campaigns divided by total marketing spend (email, automation, CRM, ads).
Offer Adoption & Win Rate
% of sales reps using new offers and win rate of deals featuring structured offerings vs. baseline.
Email Performance
Open rate, click-through rate, and unsubscribe rate across nurture and campaign sends.
