Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've scaled B2B/B2B2C demand generation at a startup or growth-stage company and own pipeline impact (not just impressions)
  • You treat AI and automation as core infrastructure, not trends—you're already using Claude, ChatGPT, and predictive tools in production workflows
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams (paid, organic, content, events, ops), and thrive on attribution and accountability
  • You've managed small teams and vendor relationships, and you know how to get outsized results from lean resources
  • You understand modern B2B buyer behavior and can navigate both traditional SEO and emerging AI search optimization
Won't Work If
  • You're a brand marketer or awareness-focused practitioner—this role is pure demand gen and pipeline accountability
  • You view AI as hype or optional; this company embeds AI into every workflow for speed and scale
  • You need a large team or extensive resources; you'll work lean and prove every dollar, managing budget with surgical precision
  • You're uncomfortable with on-site work in Lincoln, NE—verify remote flexibility before applying
