The Challenge
Norton Motorcycles is a legendary 120+ year British brand entering a new growth era under TVS Motor ownership. You'll own France and Benelux marketing strategy, building brand awareness and driving dealer-led sales growth across fragmented, competitive markets.
Your Mission
Audit current market positioning, competitor activity, and dealer marketing capabilities across France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg
Develop and socialize regional marketing plan aligned with Head Office strategy, with dealership buy-in and resource allocation
Launch 2-3 integrated campaigns (digital + traditional) targeting brand awareness and lead generation in priority segments
Establish baseline KPI tracking dashboard for campaign performance, dealer engagement metrics, and regional brand health
Execute full annual regional marketing calendar with minimum 3 major campaigns demonstrating measurable uplift in brand awareness and lead volume
Build strong partnership network across 15+ dealerships with proven dealer marketing enablement and support programs
Optimize digital marketing spend across paid social, search, and display with clear channel ROI attribution
Deliver quarterly business reviews to Sales Business Manager with clear insights on market trends, competitor moves, and strategic recommendations

Campaign Lead Generation Volume
Track total qualified leads generated from regional marketing initiatives against monthly targets
Brand Awareness Lift
Measure aided/unaided brand awareness via periodic regional surveys or brand tracking studies
Marketing ROI by Campaign
Calculate return on marketing investment across integrated campaigns, targeting positive ROI on 80%+ of spend
Dealer Engagement Score
Monitor dealership participation in marketing initiatives, co-op spend utilization, and feedback sentiment
Digital Channel Performance
Track CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC across paid and organic digital channels month-over-month

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 6+ years driving marketing growth in automotive, motorcycle, or premium consumer brands and know how to influence both corporate and dealer networks
- You're fluent in French and have direct market knowledge of France + Benelux consumer behavior and competitive dynamics
- You're comfortable balancing regional autonomy with global brand guidelines—translating Head Office strategy into locally-resonant campaigns
- You're an analytical marketer who lives in the data but can also execute creative, integrated campaigns and build strong stakeholder relationships
- You lack hands-on regional marketing experience across multiple markets—this is execution-heavy, not strategic-only
- You don't have deep familiarity with the France/Benelux regions or unwillingness to travel regularly to support dealers and events
- You're uncomfortable with dealer-led marketing complexity—managing diverse partner incentives, co-op spend, and local autonomy within brand guidelines
