The Digital Marketing Specialist leads the development and execution of digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on driving student enrollment and retention. This role manages paid and organic campaigns, oversees funnels and automation systems, and leverages AI-driven tools to enhance engagement and conversion performance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in performance marketing, enrollment-focused outreach, and CRM-based lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct audience research, refine targeting, and manage campaign performance. Execute A/B tests and adjust messaging, creative, and strategy based on results.

Paid Advertising

  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from setup through optimization.
  • Implement retargeting and scaling strategies to increase ROI.
  • Monitor platform performance and adapt to new features and best practices.
  • Marketing Automation & AI Integration
  • Deploy and manage AI agents to improve engagement and streamline marketing

workflows. Build automated nurturing sequences and customer journeys. Integrate automation to support efficiency and improve conversion performance.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Build and optimize funnels using * and GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Manage lead capture, list building, segmentation, and nurturing.
  • Drive improvements in conversion rates across all stages of the funnel.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze KPIs across all marketing channels.

Prepare clear performance reports and use insights to guide strategic decisions. Maintain accurate tracking and attribution across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with creative, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives.

Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all campaigns. Support internal teams with marketing insights and campaign data.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media (Meta Ads and Google Ads). Demonstrated ability to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Experience in student recruitment, enrollment marketing, or education-sector outreach (strongly preferred). Experience managing funnels, automation, and CRM workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
