🎯 Your Mission: From Extraction to Conversion (and Revenue)

At Najar, outbound is not just about “sending email” — it’s about building a scalable revenue engine. As a Growth Outbound Apprentice, your mission is to turn data into conversations, conversations into meetings, and meetings into pipeline.

You will work at the heart of the commercial teams, collaborating directly with

Marketing team, Sales Managers, BDRs, and AEs

. Your goal: generate qualified opportunities and drive pipeline growth over the course of your apprenticeship.

1️⃣ Outbound & Multi-Channel Orchestration (Hand-in-hand with Sales)

  • Build & launch outbound campaigns:

    Create and execute multi-channel sequences (Email, LinkedIn, Calls) designed to generate Meetings for sales team all over Europe.

  • Support marketing campaigns via outbound motion :

    Amplify events (webinars, dinners, conferences) or content distribution to convert marketing interest into real sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales :

    Iterate continuously on messaging based on field feedback (objections, weak signals, prospect verbatims). The pitch evolves based on reality, not theory.

  • Write copy that converts :

    Craft clear, concise, and personalized messages that resonate with CFOs, Procurement leaders, and IT decision-makers. You will leverage AI tools to automate high-level personalization.

  • Optimize through experimentation :

    Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting. You’ll use your creativity to write emails that actually get opened.

  • Data-driven Insights :

    Track key KPIs (reply rate, meeting rate, pipeline generated) and own the reporting for your scope.

2️⃣ Data, Scraping & Tech Stack

  • Advanced Scraping & Enrichment:

    Build and clean high-quality lead lists using our growth stack (segmentation, enrichment, and imports).

  • CRM Optimization:

    Ensure every lead (Inbound, Marketing, Outbound) is correctly enriched, assigned, and qualified in our system.

  • Data Hygiene:

    Growth requires clean data. You will help maintain CRM health, structure workflows, and improve reporting reliability.

We’re not looking for someone who “just executes.” We’re looking for a future Growth expert who wants to learn fast, test bold ideas, and see their direct impact on revenue.

You are currently pursuing a

Master’s degree

in business, marketing or growth

and seeking a 6-month internship.

  • Education:

    You are currently pursuing a

    Master’s degree

    (Business School, Engineering, or specialized Growth/Digital Marketing program) and looking for an

    apprenticeship (alternance)

    .

  • Analytical:

    You like numbers, tracking performance, and understanding the "why" behind the data.

  • Hands-on:

    You enjoy building, testing, and dismantling campaigns to make them better.

  • Structured:

    You can manage multiple sequences simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail.

  • Resilient:

    You have a "test, fail, learn, improve" mindset.

  • Fluent:

    Strong writing and verbal skills in both

    French and English

    are mandatory (C1 in both).

Bonus points if:

  • You have a first experience (internship) in Growth, Outbound, or Sales.

  • You have a genuine interest in automation, scraping, or the latest AI tools (GPT prompts, Clay, HeyReach, etc.).

  • Compensation:

    Legal apprentice salary (based on age/level) + Performance bonus.
