Mondial Pare-Brise owns 40% of France's windshield repair market across 410+ locations. You'll orchestrate their entire digital ecosystem—from local SEO to national SEA campaigns—and turn fragmented customer data into competitive advantage.
Your Mission
Audit and document all digital touchpoints (website, booking tool, local listings, email/SMS platforms); establish baseline KPIs across channels
Stabilize SEA spend efficiency: reduce CPA by 15% through bid strategy optimization and audience refinement
Launch monthly performance dashboard consolidating web analytics, call tracking, and local SEO metrics for leadership visibility
Train franchise network on booking tool and local campaign management; reduce support tickets by 20%
Achieve 25% YoY growth in online appointment bookings through website UX optimization and conversion rate improvements
Build predictive geolocation model identifying high-potential expansion zones using market share data and competitor analysis
Implement unified customer satisfaction tracking linking phone, web, and email interactions; target NPS of 45+
Execute 2 major platform upgrades (analytics tool, data visualization) and migrate to advanced attribution modeling
