The Challenge

Metrixx is a Lyon-based data marketing agency punching above its weight with solid clients and real ambitions. They need an SEO Consultant who can run audits, build strategies across technical SEO, GEO, and content, and actually own client relationships—not just hand off reports.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete 4-5 full SEO audits (technical, SERP analysis, search intent mapping) for key client accounts

Build and present GEO optimization recommendations across Desktop/Mobile SERP opportunities

Establish monthly performance reporting dashboards using their data visualization tools for all assigned clients

Onboard into agency tools (SEO platforms, analytics stack, client workflows) and shadow existing projects

By 6 Months
1

Lead 8-10 end-to-end SEO projects from audit through implementation tracking and optimization cycles

Develop a reusable SEO/GEO audit framework that cuts delivery time by 20%

Own client relationships across 4-5 accounts as primary SEO contact; achieve 95%+ client satisfaction scores

Generate 3+ thought leadership pieces or case studies showcasing SEO wins for business development
