The Challenge

LockSelf is a profitable, independent French cybersecurity platform trusted by 3000+ companies (Bouygues, SNCF, EY). They're shifting from inbound-led growth to aggressive outbound, and you'll own scaling that motion across France and into Europe.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and reshape value prop and buyer personas with sales input

2

Run 3-5 outbound campaign experiments (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) to establish baseline metrics

Restructure Hubspot funnel to support outbound at scale—define TAM, segments, and lead scoring

4

Document current acquisition funnel and identify top 3 conversion leaks

By 6 Months

Scale outbound campaigns to 2-3x volume while maintaining or improving conversion rates (target: 8-12% reply rate, 2-3% qualified meeting rate)

Automate lead enrichment, data sync, and CRM workflows—reduce manual overhead by 40%

Build and launch first European GTM playbook (Spain, Benelux, UK) with localized messaging and campaign calendar

4

Establish weekly dashboard tracking CAC, pipeline velocity, and funnel efficiency; align reporting with sales forecast

Outbound Reply Rate

Track email and LinkedIn open/reply rates by campaign, segment, and message variant—target 8-12% benchmark.

Qualified Meeting Rate

Percentage of outbound conversations that convert to qualified meetings with sales—aim for 2-3%.

CAC by Channel

Cost-per-acquisition across paid ads, outbound, and organic—benchmark against LTV to ensure profitability.

Funnel Conversion Rate

Track progression from lead to MQL, SQL, and closed deal; identify bottlenecks and optimize sequences.

Hubspot Process Adoption

Monitor sales and marketing compliance with updated CRM workflows; measure automation coverage and data quality.

  • You've built and scaled outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) and own the metrics obsessively
  • You think in funnels—you map user journeys, spot leaks, and run systematic experiments to fix them
  • You're fluent in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and comfortable with data, automation, and reporting
  • You thrive in collaborative, lean teams where marketing and sales are one revenue engine

  • You default to vanity metrics over conversion and CAC—you need hard revenue accountability
  • You're uncomfortable being on-site in Paris; this role requires daily collaboration and in-person meetings
  • You prefer brand marketing or content over performance and CRM mechanics—this is pure growth ops
