The Challenge
Les Hermines is disrupting wealth management in France with a human-first approach. They need you to scale their digital presence, drive qualified leads, and build trust with high-net-worth prospects across paid, organic, and content channels.
Your Mission
Audit existing digital strategy (content, channels, performance) and identify 2-3 quick wins for traffic improvement
Launch 2 content campaigns (LinkedIn + email newsletters) with clear engagement KPIs to test messaging with target audience
Set up analytics dashboards (GA4, Meta Ads, HubSpot) to track lead quality and conversion metrics
Develop social media content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram) with 4+ weeks of scheduled posts and engagement targets
Grow qualified traffic by 25-40% YoY through optimized paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and organic SEO improvements
Build and nurture 500+ warm leads through email and LinkedIn, tracking conversion rates to sales pipeline
Create 8-12 high-performing content assets (guides, case studies, webinars) that demonstrate expertise in wealth management
Establish backlink strategy with 10+ relevant finance/entrepreneurship publications to boost domain authority
KPIs You'll Own
Qualified Lead Volume
Track new leads per channel with lead quality score in HubSpot; target 30-50 new leads/month by month 3.
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Monitor paid channel efficiency (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn); benchmark against industry standard of €15-40 CPL for B2B wealth.
Organic Traffic Growth
Measure monthly sessions, users, and conversion rate via GA4; target 20%+ MoM growth in organic search traffic.
Engagement Rate
Track LinkedIn/Instagram engagement (CTR, shares, comments); aim for 2-4% engagement on content posts.
Email Newsletter Conversion
Monitor open rate (target 25%+), click-through rate (target 3%+), and lead progression from email to sales contact.

Is This Role For You?
- You're in or completing a Master's degree in digital marketing, communication, or equivalent (BAC+3 level)
- You're fluent with LinkedIn/Instagram, understand social strategy, and can adapt content formats quickly
- You're comfortable with analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, KPIs) and eager to own performance metrics
- You're curious about finance/entrepreneurship and want to learn wealth management customer psychology
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Rennes
- You're uncomfortable owning full-funnel campaigns (paid, organic, email) with measurable ROI pressure
- You can't start in September or prefer short-term contract work over a structured apprenticeship
Interview Process

Conversation with Responsable Marketing et Développement about digital experience, tools familiarity, and interest in wealth management
Practical Task
Small content/campaign brief (e.g., draft 3 LinkedIn posts or audit a competitor's strategy) to assess creativity and analytical thinking
Team Meet
In-person visit to Rennes office; meet team, discuss apprenticeship structure, and assess culture fit
