Is This Role For You?
- You've run 2+ years of paid acquisition campaigns and can speak ROAS, CAC, and CTR fluently
- You're creative with design tools (Canva/Adobe) AND analytical—you don't just make pretty ads, you kill them with data
- You love A/B testing and remixing campaigns based on performance, not gut feel
- You're motivated by a mission-driven company solving real environmental problems
- You need remote work—this is on-site only in northern France
- You're uncomfortable with fast-paced iteration and weekly pivots based on performance data
- You lack fluency in Google Ads, paid social platforms, or CRM tools
