The Challenge
Latcom/WorldcomOOH is scaling across regional markets and needs a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end strategy. You'll drive sustainable customer acquisition and retention across owned and paid channels while reporting on KPIs that directly impact revenue.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels (paid search, paid social) and establish baseline CAC/ROAS benchmarks across regions
Design and launch first A/B testing roadmap for owned media (email, CRM automation) targeting 15%+ conversion lift
Build GA4 + Looker Studio dashboard tracking conversion funnels, customer lifetime value, and budget efficiency by channel
Align digital, sales, and brand teams on unified Q1 growth strategy with clear budget allocation framework
Optimize paid media spend across regions to hit target CAC while scaling acquisition volume by 25%+
Implement advanced CRM automation workflows improving customer retention rate by 20%
Run controlled experiments on retention tactics (personalization, loyalty incentives) and document playbooks
Deliver quarterly business review showing attribution model, channel performance, and ROI vs. budget

Track cost per new customer by channel to optimize spend efficiency across paid search and paid social.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns to validate channel-level profitability.
Conversion Rate
Monitor funnel conversion rates by stage and campaign to identify optimization opportunities.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Track long-term customer value to balance acquisition spend against retention and upsell potential.
Email/CRM Engagement
Measure open rates, click rates, and automation performance to validate owned media effectiveness.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3+ years hands-on growth marketing experience managing full-funnel campaigns (acquisition → retention)
- You're fluent in GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI and can move from data to action quickly
- You thrive in hybrid environments and want regional impact across multiple markets and brands
- You speak fluent English and can communicate across distributed teams (Portuguese is a bonus)
- You're based in GBA Norte or willing to commute to Olivos 4 days/week
- You need fully remote work or can't commit to on-site presence in Olivos
- You lack hands-on experience with GA4, CRM automation, or paid media optimization
- You're more of a strategist than executor—this role demands direct management of campaigns and KPIs
- You don't speak fluent English or aren't comfortable working across regions
