The Challenge

URGO Group's Juva Santé division (370-person French health company) is accelerating digital presence across 7 natural health brands. You'll be the operational backbone driving site visibility, marketplace optimization, and social growth across Juvamine, Mercurochrome, Intimy and others.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize 5+ product pages on Juvamine and Mercurochrome sites for SEO; implement meta tags, internal linking, and keyword-targeted copy

2

Establish Instagram content calendar and KPI tracking framework for 2 flagship brands; deliver first 30 days of posts with engagement benchmarks

3

Conduct competitive audit on e-pharmacy marketplaces (Atida, Cocoon Center, Santé Pharma); document opportunities for product description rewrites

4

Set up GA4 dashboard with monthly KPI reporting structure; establish baseline metrics across all owned digital properties

By 6 Months

Drive 15%+ organic traffic growth to primary brand sites through SEO optimization; document wins in competitive keywords

Increase marketplace product visibility: rewrite 50+ product fiches with optimized copy, images, and brand positioning across 3+ platforms

Grow Instagram followers by 20%+ with documented engagement rate improvement; maintain editorial calendar with 90%+ posting consistency

4

Deliver monthly performance benchmarks and trend analysis; identify and implement 3+ process improvements to reduce content deployment time

KPIs You'll Own

Organic traffic growth (%)

Month-over-month increase in non-paid website visits via search engines to Juvamine, Mercurochrome, and other brand sites.

Marketplace conversion rate

Product page-to-add-to-cart rate on e-pharmacy platforms; measure impact of product fiche optimization.

Instagram engagement rate (%)

Likes + comments + shares divided by followers; track content performance across Juvamine and Mercurochrome accounts.

Keyword rankings

Position of target keywords in Google search results; track top 20 priority terms per brand monthly.

Page speed & technical SEO score

Core Web Vitals and site health metrics via Google Search Console; monitor impact of CMS maintenance work.

  • You're a Bac+4/5 student from a top business or ag school with marketing specialization and prior digital marketing exposure
  • You're comfortable with numbers and analytics; GA4, spreadsheets, and KPI dashboards excite you
  • You have hands-on experience with WordPress, Instagram content creation, or e-commerce platforms
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by cross-functional coordination across agencies, community managers, and marketing teams
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility; this role is 100% on-site Paris 8ème
  • You're uncomfortable with operational execution; this is not a strategic-only role—you'll be hands-on with CMS maintenance, image uploads, and spreadsheets
  • You lack curiosity about e-commerce KPIs or digital metrics; this role is metrics-driven end-to-end
