The Challenge
KER is a growing accounting and consulting firm that's already investing heavily in digital marketing—now they need you to scale it. You'll own content creation, social strategy, and performance analysis across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok while learning from a hands-on marketing team.
Your Mission
Establish editorial calendar for 3 months across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok with 80%+ publishing consistency
Produce 12+ short-form video assets and visual content pieces optimized for each platform
Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis on 5-7 direct competitors and document positioning gaps
Set up baseline performance dashboard tracking engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Grow social media following by 30%+ (platform-specific targets) with engagement rate improvement of 25%
Improve blog/organic search visibility by identifying and optimizing 20+ high-intent keywords with SEO/GEO tactics
Develop and test 3 AI-powered content workflows (copywriting, image generation, video editing) and document impact
Deliver monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations that inform strategy adjustments

Measure likes, comments, shares, and saves across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok as % of followers.
Content Output Velocity
Track number of published assets per month against editorial calendar to measure consistency.
Organic Traffic & Rankings
Monitor blog traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements from SEO/GEO optimization efforts.
Video Completion Rate
Analyze how far viewers watch short-form videos to refine creative format and hook strategy.
Lead Attribution from Social
Track qualified leads or conversions driven by social content to justify channel investment.

Interview Process
