Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and other emerging platforms, ensuring efficient and scalable user acquisition.

  • Analyze core performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, funnel conversion, and retention to identify optimization opportunities and inform growth strategy.

  • Design, implement, and maintain structured experimentation frameworks across ads, creatives, landing pages, and offers to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, influencer, and growth teams to translate insights into actionable campaign improvements and new acquisition strategies.

  • Contribute to retention and lifecycle initiatives by leveraging channel insights and user behavior data to improve engagement and long-term value.

  • Manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong execution, prioritization, and timely escalation of risks when needed.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition for consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile or subscription-based apps.

  • Proven hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns profitably across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.

  • Strong understanding of subscription and app economics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period modeling.

  • Experience working with analytics and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets, build insights, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, UGC creators, influencers, or growth partners to support creative testing and campaign performance.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
