Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading video growth strategy, managing teams, and optimizing content performance across platforms and creator ecosystems.
Lead and mentor a team focused on video growth, platform strategy, and audience development.
Own performance and distribution strategy for video content across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Develop and scale a creator program, including talent identification, partnership management, and content oversight.
Act as a liaison between editorial newsroom teams and video production to ensure alignment and content amplification.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies for leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with commercial and creative teams to support branded content initiatives and RFP responses.
Design and optimize workflows for content publishing, SEO, distribution, and engagement across global audiences.
Ensure creator-led content maintains editorial quality, brand integrity, and audience relevance.
Requirements: This role requires strong leadership experience, deep platform expertise, and a strategic understanding of video growth and the creator economy.
7+ years of experience in video growth, social media strategy, or digital publishing, including 3-5+ years in team management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics, including talent management and content partnerships.
Deep expertise in platform algorithms across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
Strong editorial judgment with the ability to evaluate content quality and audience relevance.
Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for review and direction purposes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and translate strategic goals into operational execution.
