The Challenge
Feltsense is launching an ecosystem of autonomous AI businesses in parallel—not just one product. As the first marketing hire reporting to the CEO (who built growth at a top YC agency), you'll architect the entire go-to-market engine and take them from stealth to scale with $5.1M in backing from Draper, Precursor, and Crunchbase founders.
Your Mission
Define positioning and messaging for the Feltsense ecosystem that resonates with both technical founders and non-technical audiences
Launch SEO and content foundation across high-intent keywords in AI, autonomous agents, and business automation
Build the data stack and experimentation framework to measure attribution across X, Reddit, and email channels
Execute first paid social campaigns on X and Reddit to generate qualified leads and establish thought leadership
Scale paid social and SEO channels to predictable CAC targets with documented playbooks for each product in the ecosystem
Establish email lifecycle sequences that nurture prospects through the full funnel with 20%+ conversion rates
Build repeatable content strategy that generates recurring traffic and inbound demand across AI verticals
Hire and train first growth marketing team member(s) to operationalize execution and free you for strategy

Track acquisition cost across X, Reddit, SEO, and email to optimize spend and channel mix
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from new customers
Direct measure of GTM engine efficiency and product-market fit signals
Conversion rate funnel
Full-funnel conversion from prospect → trial → paying customer by channel
Organic traffic growth
Month-over-month growth in qualified visitors from SEO and content
LTV:CAC ratio
Ensure unit economics stay healthy as you scale—target 3:1 or better
