The Challenge
A international digital transformation company is seeking a marketing apprentice to own their social strategy, event communications, and SEO optimization while pursuing a Master's in Digital Marketing. You'll work 2 weeks in-company, 1 week in classroom—real growth marketing exposure with structured education.
Your Mission
Launch and manage active LinkedIn and social media presence with at least 2 posts weekly; track engagement metrics
Audit current website SEO performance and implement 5+ optimization improvements; measure organic traffic lift
Set up CRM database structure and populate with 100+ qualified leads; establish lead scoring system
Design 3 commercial collateral templates (email sequences, one-pagers) and track conversion rates
Grow social following by 50% YoY; achieve 3%+ engagement rate across channels
Improve website organic traffic by 25%; increase page rankings for 10 priority keywords
Implement and track 5+ marketing KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, email open rate); report monthly
Execute 2 full event campaigns from strategy through lead follow-up; measure ROI and attendance metrics
