Growth Marketing Director, North America (FemTech / DTC)

About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Director, you will sit at the intersection of brand aesthetics and data science. Your mission is to transform our "Warm & Empowering" brand narrative into a scalable growth engine through an experiment-driven approach. You will not only define the brand's visual touch in North America but also own the entire funnel efficiency—from initial awareness to Shopify conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Narrative Experimentation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on copy and visuals across diverse female personas (e.g., stress management, sleep optimization) to find high-converting storytelling angles.
Integrated Brand Marketing: Oversee KOL/KOC partnerships, PR campaigns, and GTM strategies for new product launches, including industry presence at major events like CES.
Full-Stack Growth: Lead the 0-to-1 roadmap for North America. Take full accountability for revenue, market share, and ROI on our DTC platform.
Performance & Retention: Oversee Meta, TikTok, and Podcast ad budgets while building a robust lifecycle management system via Klaviyo/SMS to drive LTV.
Credibility-Led Marketing: Integrate MD endorsements and clinical claims into marketing assets, ensuring full FDA/FTC compliance.
Leadership: Build and manage a high-performance local marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with global HQ.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in the U.S. market, with 5+ years of proven success in DTC website management (3C or Smart Hardware preferred).
Industry Vertical: Deep expertise in FemTech, HealthTech, or premium D2C categories (Luxury, Beauty, or Fine Jewelry).
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the North American digital ecosystem: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and lifecycle tools (Klaviyo).
Track Record: A history of driving significant revenue growth (e.g., 2x+ scale expansion within 1-2 years) and building brands from the ground up.
Status: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with a "native" grasp of North American cultural contexts and consumer behavior.
