The Challenge

Hello Pomelo needs someone to own their entire acquisition engine—from prospect list building to qualified meeting conversions. You'll architect and execute omnichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) across full cycle, testing relentlessly to hit pipeline targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build, enrich, and qualify prospect databases using scraping and enrichment tools with >80% deliverability rate

Set up and launch first 3 omnichannel prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with documented performance baselines

Establish A/B testing cadence: run minimum 5 pilot tests measuring open rates, click rates, and reply rates

Map current growth tech stack and identify 2-3 tool optimization opportunities or gaps

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end lead pipeline: deliver 50+ qualified meetings/month with documented conversion metrics

Optimize campaigns iteratively: achieve 2x improvement in cost-per-qualified-lead through A/B testing and multivariate experiments

Build and maintain nurture sequences across email, calling, and multi-touch follow-up with tracked engagement metrics

Present market research on 5+ emerging growth tools/tactics and implement 2 new channels or approaches

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)

Track spend across all channels divided by qualified leads generated; target continuous reduction through optimization.

Conversion Rate (Prospect → Meeting)

Percentage of prospects who engage and convert to booked qualified meetings; primary success measure.

Email Open Rate / Click Rate

Campaign-level performance metrics; benchmark against industry standards and A/B test subject lines and copy.

Lead Quality Score

Validation metric: % of leads that convert to meetings vs. no-show rate; ensures quantity doesn't sacrifice quality.

List Deliverability Rate

Percentage of emails successfully delivered; maintain >95% by cleaning and enriching prospect lists regularly.

  • You're a business school or engineering graduate (Bac+3) hunting your first real growth role with end-to-end campaign ownership
  • You're obsessed with testing—A/B tests, creative angles, channel mix—and learning from data daily
  • You're fluent in French (C2) and can operate in a French-based team on-site in Bordeaux
  • You want hands-on experience with multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and growth tools in 6 months
  • You're self-directed: you can own campaigns from list-building through conversion without constant hand-holding
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Bordeaux
  • You're looking for a 9-month+ role; this is a fixed 6-month internship (ends ~December 2026)
  • You're uncomfortable with French as your primary working language (C2 fluency is non-negotiable)
  • You expect to be handed a playbook; this role requires scrappiness and experimenting with new approaches continuously
