HackerRank powers hiring for 2,500+ companies including NVIDIA and Amazon. You'll architect and execute multi-channel demand generation that directly feeds pipeline and revenue—scaling ABM from broad plays to surgical 1:1 engagement.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) to establish baseline performance and identify quick wins in creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies
Map full-funnel demand flow and implement foundational tracking/reporting dashboard to measure conversion rates across channels and touchpoints
Launch first 1:Few ABM campaign with SDR and design teams—target 3-5 key accounts with coordinated paid, email, and direct mail
Document core campaign execution playbooks to standardize processes and reduce manual operational overhead by 30%
Scale paid media spend with 15%+ improvement in cost-per-pipeline-creation through continuous A/B and multivariate testing of creative, messaging, and audience segments
Institutionalize ABM across 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 tiers—manage 20+ named accounts with coordinated multi-touch campaigns and measurable pipeline impact
Implement marketing automation workflows that reduce campaign setup time by 40% and enable real-time pacing adjustments based on performance data
Present quarterly business review with attribution modeling, channel contribution analysis, and roadmap for next growth phase to leadership

Return on ad spend by platform (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) to justify budget allocation and identify optimization opportunities.
Campaign Velocity
Days from campaign launch to first lead and first SQL to benchmark execution speed against industry standards.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing campaigns—agency or SaaS—with measurable pipeline impact
- You're hands-on with LinkedIn Ads and at least one other platform (Meta, Reddit, Google) and can optimize without constant hand-holding
- You obsess over data, A/B testing, and statistical rigor—not guesses. You can read a dashboard and act on it
- You thrive juggling timelines, budgets, creative assets, and stakeholder expectations while shipping fast
- You're excited to own ABM strategy and execution end-to-end across multiple engagement models (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1)
- You prefer strategy-only roles or hate the day-to-day mechanics of campaign execution and optimization
- You lack hands-on paid media platform experience or consider yourself 'too senior' for bid management and creative rotation
- You need remote flexibility—this role is on-site in Santa Clara, non-negotiable
