The Challenge
Groupe Avant-Garde is the go-to wealth management and real estate powerhouse for French entrepreneurs, families, and high-net-worth individuals. You'll lead SEO strategy for a high-growth firm with serious budget and autonomy to shape organic visibility across a luxury services vertical.
Your Mission
Conduct comprehensive on-site SEO audit, identify quick wins, and prioritize top 20 high-intent keywords with conversion potential
Define and document editorial strategy aligned with search intent for wealth management, real estate, and family office services
Set up SEO tracking stack (GA4, GSC, rank tracking) with baseline metrics and monthly reporting cadence
Launch first batch of optimized content pieces (5-8) targeting priority keywords with internal linking structure
Achieve 30-40% YoY increase in organic traffic from high-intent, conversion-focused keywords
Implement and run 4+ A/B tests on high-traffic pages to improve conversion rates and lead generation
Build and deploy content automation workflows for recurring optimization tasks (internal linking, schema, metadata)
Scale content production to 15-20 optimized pieces/month while maintaining on-page quality standards

Is This Role For You?
- You've built and scaled organic traffic strategies from scratch; you own the full funnel from keyword research to conversion optimization
- You speak fluent SEO fundamentals—technical audits, site structure, semantic optimization—and can diagnose and fix complex crawl/indexation issues
- You thrive in high-autonomy environments where you shape strategy and have real budget to execute; you're comfortable moving fast and testing constantly
- You understand the wealth management and B2B services vertical (or learn it fast) and can connect organic strategy to sales outcomes and lead quality
- You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet analyzing data and in a content strategy meeting debating messaging and user intent
- You're a pure link-builder or content volume player; this role requires strategic thinking on conversion and UX, not just traffic at any cost
- You want remote flexibility or flexibility on location; this is on-site, Paris-based, full-time only
- You need detailed playbooks and hand-holding; this firm values autonomy and expects you to define your own roadmap and processes
- You've only managed small, transactional SEO projects; this requires managing a team, owning a budget, and driving measurable business impact
