Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Conduct market sizing analysis for 3-5 priority markets and define revenue growth strategies with measurable targets

Establish baseline performance metrics for key partner segments and identify top 10 underperforming events for intervention

3

Build data pipeline connecting partner KPIs to pricing/marketing investment decisions; implement 2-3 quick pricing experiments

4

Map product development backlog against growth impact potential; present quarterly roadmap prioritization to leadership

By 6 Months
1

Scale successful pricing and marketing strategies to 15+ markets; achieve 15-20% lift in event performance metrics

Launch partner growth program for bottom 30% performers; track month-over-month improvement in their key metrics

3

Develop cross-market playbooks for new event categories; identify replicable patterns driving 25%+ higher conversion

4

Own quarterly business review process; present data-driven insights on market sizing, partner health, and portfolio optimization
