FDJ UNITED is Europe's gaming powerhouse reinventing the industry with tech excellence and responsible innovation. You'll own SEA strategy and budget optimization for Parions Sport, piloting campaigns with real stakes around major sporting events like the 2026 World Cup.
Your Mission
Master Google Ads and Apple Search Ads platforms; achieve certification on at least one channel
Execute 4-6 A/B tests on landing pages and ad creatives, documenting learnings and optimizations
Build monthly competitive benchmark reports tracking 3-5 competitor campaigns and market trends
Contribute to Q1 budget allocation recommendations based on performance data and sports calendar
Own day-to-day budget management for assigned campaigns; deliver month-on-month performance improvements of 10%+
Lead strategy refinement for H2 2026 World Cup campaign; present optimization roadmap to stakeholders
Create standardized reporting dashboards and KPI tracking across SEA channels; present monthly insights
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel modeling; build dynamic budget forecasting tool for inter-campaign allocation
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated per euro spent on SEA campaigns; target 3:1 minimum baseline.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Track cost to acquire one new player; optimize down through audience targeting and bid refinement.
Conversion Rate
Monitor percentage of clicks converting to registrations; benchmark against competitor benchmarks monthly.
Budget Efficiency
Ensure actual spend aligns to plan within 5%; identify reallocation opportunities across campaigns.
