The Challenge

Evera is reinventing fleet mobility with AI and real-time data—think Stripe for corporate vehicle management. You'll own marketing and acquisition strategy for a €2M-funded startup scaling fast, working directly with the CEO on campaigns that actually move metrics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and optimize top 3-4 acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO) with baseline conversion tracking and weekly performance reports

Launch 2 content pieces (case study + thought leadership article) tied to lead gen campaigns with measurable engagement targets

Set up core marketing dashboards (CAC, MQL-to-SQL, channel ROI) connected to Hubspot/Brevo data

4

Identify and brief 2 webinar/event concepts aligned with target personas (fleet managers, mobility directors)

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 25%+ QoQ improvement in CAC or conversion rate across primary channels through continuous A/B testing

Build and execute multi-channel nurture campaigns (email, retargeting, LinkedIn) targeting warm leads with 20%+ engagement baseline

Produce 6+ high-value content assets (articles, infographics, case studies) with SEO optimization and measured organic traffic lift

Own full event lifecycle for 2 webinars or in-person events with 100+ qualified registrations and 30%+ conversion to sales pipeline

Cost to acquire one paying customer per channel; target tracking by source and optimization monthly.

Conversion Rate

% of website visitors or campaign clicks converting to qualified leads; benchmark per channel.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

Volume and quality of inbound leads meeting sales criteria; track source and hand-off rate.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Revenue generated per €1 spent on paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn); optimize weekly.

Content Engagement

Views, shares, and CTR on blog posts, case studies, and assets; measure traffic and lead attribution.
