EDHEC is one of Europe's top 15 business schools, launching an ambitious growth plan for Executive Education through 2028. You'll own the data strategy that drives acquisition and retention across all marketing channels for a premium education portfolio.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing data infrastructure and consolidate KPI tracking across HubSpot, AT Internet, and analytics platforms into unified dashboards
Establish baseline performance metrics for all marketing channels (SEA, social, email, SEO, partnerships) and identify top 3 optimization opportunities
Build and deploy initial Looker Studio/Power BI dashboards for real-time marketing performance monitoring by leadership
Define data governance standards and implement tracking for lead quality and conversion funnel across Executive Education programs
Increase marketing ROI by 20% through data-driven optimization recommendations implemented across all channels
Launch automated monthly performance reports with actionable insights and A/B testing recommendations for marketing team
Establish predictive models for lead scoring and program enrollment probability to prioritize marketing spend allocation
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 15% through channel optimization, audience segmentation, and personalization powered by data insights

Dashboard Adoption Rate
Track internal stakeholder usage and engagement with performance dashboards to ensure data-driven decision making.
Conversion Funnel Health
Monitor drop-off rates and conversion velocity from awareness to enrollment across all segments.

- You've built and maintained marketing dashboards (HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and can explain why the metrics matter
- You thrive in strategic + operational hybrid roles—comfortable presenting to leadership AND debugging tracking implementation
- You want to shape how a premium education institution acquires and retains students using data as your primary lever
- You speak fluent French or are highly motivated to work in a French-speaking environment
- You expect to work entirely remote—this is on-site Paris, no flexibility mentioned
- You're a pure analyst who hates stakeholder management; this role requires constant coordination with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- You're new to marketing analytics or lack hands-on experience with at least 2 major BI/analytics platforms
- You prefer execution-only roles; this requires strategic thinking about marketing optimization and presenting business cases

Case study or portfolio review
Walk through dashboards you've built, KPIs you've tracked, and recommendations you've made that directly improved marketing ROI
Technical assessment
Deep dive on SQL, spreadsheet modeling, or BI tool proficiency depending on their current tech stack
Stakeholder meeting
Interview with Head of Digital Marketing & Performance and possibly executive education team to assess fit and vision alignment
