The Challenge
EDF Solutions Solaires is France's leading residential solar self-consumption player with 100,000+ installed customers. You'll scale acquisition across fragmented, heavily regulated markets by commanding an 8-person team and orchestrating multichannel campaigns that feed qualified leads into a distributed sales operation.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, social, affiliation) and establish baseline CAC/LTV by segment
Launch Q1 optimization program: implement A/B testing framework, reallocate budget to top-performing levers, document learnings
Build lead qualification criteria with sales; integrate nurturing workflows in marketing automation platform
Establish weekly performance cadence with sales teams and monthly strategy reviews with leadership
Grow qualified lead volume by 25-40% YoY while maintaining or improving CAC efficiency
Scale winning channels (identify 2-3 highest ROI levers) and test 3 new acquisition vectors (partnerships, events, channels)
Implement advanced lead scoring and nurturing; measure hand-off quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion lift
Deliver complete H1 acquisition roadmap with clear budget allocation, channel mix, and quarterly revenue impact
KPIs You'll Own
Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPL)
Track actual cost to acquire a lead meeting sales qualification criteria, segmented by channel and customer type.
Lead Volume & Quality Mix
Monitor total leads generated, MQL rate, and SQL conversion by acquisition source (B2C vs B2B).
Channel ROI / ROAS
Measure return on ad spend and marketing contribution to pipeline for paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Lead Lifecycle Metrics
Track lead velocity, nurture engagement rates, and time-to-close by segment to optimize workflow efficiency.

- You lack hands-on experience running paid campaigns or leading high-performing teams
