The Challenge
Dyson is scaling aggressively across Latin America and needs a sharp marketing leader to own the LATAM growth story. You'll build category momentum in Mexico while influencing global strategy—no brand awareness theater, just measurable commercial impact.
Your Mission
Audit current Mexico market performance, identify 2-3 category expansion opportunities with revenue potential
Establish leadership credibility with global stakeholders through data-driven insights and localized campaign recommendations
Build and align your senior team (Category, Insights, Media, Owner Experience) with clear 12-month growth targets
Map omnichannel activation roadmap for Q2-Q4 campaigns with specific channel mix and budget allocation
Launch 2+ localized campaigns across Mexico/LATAM with 15%+ growth in attributed revenue vs. baseline
Develop and implement regional market expansion playbook (Brazil, Colombia, Chile) with pilot programs
Establish data infrastructure: dashboard visibility on campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and LTV by channel
Grow team capability through 1-2 key hires and demonstrated 360-degree feedback improvement from direct reports
KPIs You'll Own
Market Revenue Growth (YoY)
Track attributed revenue growth across Mexico and LATAM markets against global benchmarks
Campaign ROI by Channel
Measure return on marketing investment across digital, retail, and e-commerce touchpoints
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor cost-per-customer by channel and optimize media spend allocation quarterly

Is This Role For You?
- You've scaled brands or categories in Mexico or broader LATAM—real, measurable revenue growth, not vanity metrics
- You're comfortable with P&L ownership, data-driven decision making, and translating global strategy to local markets
- You thrive building and developing senior teams while staying hands-on with execution and problem-solving
- You speak fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese is a bonus), and you actually want to be on-site collaborating daily
- You've navigated complex global stakeholder environments and know how to influence without direct authority
- You're looking for remote flexibility or want to avoid 5 days/week in-office—this role is fully on-site by design
- Your experience is primarily in awareness-building or brand metrics—Dyson wants commercial impact and measurable category growth
- You don't have 3+ years managing teams of 5+ people at Director level or above; this is a leadership-heavy role
- You lack hands-on digital marketing and analytics chops—you need to speak fluently about channels, CAC, and LTV, not just strategy
