The Challenge

Docusign processes 1.5M+ customers and billions of agreements globally-but that intelligence is trapped in documents. You'll lead a data product team building AI-driven solutions that unlock business-critical insights and transform how Marketing & Product teams operate.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current data product portfolio for Marketing & Product domains; identify top 3 quick wins to deliver measurable ROI

Build and align your PM team around Q1 roadmap; establish weekly cross-functional standup cadence with Marketing, Product, and Engineering

3

Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to translate business needs into 5-7 prioritized data product concepts

4

Define success metrics framework for each data product initiative; baseline current state telemetry and data quality

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2-3 production data products with measurable impact to marketing ROI or product velocity (e.g., improved segmentation, faster insights)

Build a scalable data product operating model: quarterly business reviews, metric scorecards, and dependency mapping across teams

3

Establish AI/ML readiness roadmap for data foundation; secure buy-in and budget for infrastructure investments

4

Develop high-performing team culture; hire 1-2 senior PMs and establish vendor partnerships for specialized capabilities
