The Challenge
Doctolib is transforming healthcare access across Europe, and they need someone to help orchestrate high-impact growth projects—from new pricing models to product launches and sales process optimization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Finance, and Product teams across France, Germany, and Italy.
Your Mission
Map and document current project workflows across Growth Performance team; identify 3-5 process bottlenecks and propose optimizations
Build or improve dashboards tracking KPIs for 2 active initiatives (pricing model, product launch, or self-serve flow)
Coordinate kickoff meetings for your assigned project; document scope, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities
Shadow operations performance tracking; deliver first ad-hoc analysis on team efficiency or adoption metrics
Own project management for 1 full initiative from launch to post-launch analysis; deliver final performance report with learnings
Build reusable process templates and tool standardization playbooks for the Growth Performance team
Present quarterly performance review of 2+ initiatives to leadership with data-backed recommendations for scaling
Establish performance monitoring framework for one new geography or product line with automated dashboarding

Is This Role For You?
- You're a business school student hunting a high-impact final internship or gap-year placement
- You love project management, process optimization, and seeing your work scale across a continent
- You're fluent in French and English (German or Italian is a bonus, not required)
- You're comfortable with Excel and SQL; Asana/Salesforce/Zuora experience accelerates impact
- You need full remote work or flexibility—this is fully on-site in Nantes
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or learning on the job; Growth Ops roles are part ownership, part discovery
- You don't speak French and English fluently; communication across European teams is essential
