The Challenge
Doctolib is Europe's leading health tech platform, and they need you to build their B2B organic growth engine from the ground up. You'll own SEO strategy for healthcare professionals across France while pioneering GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in a market that's rapidly shifting.
Your Mission
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audit of B2B properties and deliver 90-day roadmap with quick wins (Core Web Vitals, crawlability fixes)
Map search intent across entire B2B funnel (awareness → conversion) and identify top 50 high-impact keyword opportunities with competitive gaps
Define GEO strategy framework and establish baseline tracking for generative engine visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
Align with Analytics team to build SEO/GEO dashboard with real-time tracking of organic traffic, conversions, and lead quality metrics
Execute content strategy producing 40+ optimized pieces addressing funnel gaps, with AI-enhanced workflows integrated and quality gates established
Achieve 25-30% increase in qualified organic traffic (leads/SQLs) with measurable ROI improvement vs. paid channels
Establish Doctolib as authority in B2B healthcare SaaS through brand-building SEO initiatives (EEAT signals, backlink strategy, PR integration)
Scale GEO optimization across content ecosystem and demonstrate early competitive advantage in generative search visibility vs. competitors

Organic Conversion Rate
Percentage of organic visitors converting to leads and SQLs, tracked by funnel stage to measure content relevance.
Keyword Visibility & Rankings
Tracked positions for target keywords across awareness/consideration/decision stages, with focus on top 3 placements.
Technical SEO Health Score
Composite metric tracking Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation rate, and mobile optimization compliance.
GEO Visibility Index
Proprietary tracking of Doctolib mentions and visibility in generative AI search results and citations.
Organic ROI
Revenue attributed to organic channels divided by SEO team investment, benchmarked against paid acquisition channels.
