Diptyque Paris—iconic luxury fragrance and beauty house—needs you to orchestrate acquisition campaigns across EMEA. You'll own campaign briefs, performance tracking, and competitive intel while reporting directly to the Media Manager EMEA. This is your launchpad into luxury marketing ops.
Your Mission
Master campaign brief creation and Creative Implementation workflows for SEO & SMA agencies; ship your first 3 briefs on schedule
Build daily performance dashboards tracking ROAS, CPC, impressions, and CVR by market; identify first optimization opportunity per market
Conduct competitor analysis in luxury beauty sector using Google Trends, Merchant Center, and Auction Insights; deliver one actionable insight
Validate and QA all creative assets (copy, visuals, previews) for brand consistency; zero brand violations on launch
Deliver weekly internal performance reports with trend analysis and market-specific insights; achieve 95%+ data accuracy
Execute 2-3 A/B test recommendations that drive measurable ROAS lift; document learnings for EMEA playbook
Map full competitive acquisition strategy across luxury & beauty verticals; identify 5+ innovation opportunities
Coordinate seamless campaign deployment across all EMEA markets; track 100% on-time, on-brand delivery rate

Media Manager EMEA deep-dive; discuss your analysis, tools experience, and how you'd approach weekly reporting and competitive intel.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Brief meeting with E-commerce or CRM lead; assess collaboration style and curiosity about how campaigns tie to broader funnel.
Offer + Onboarding Plan
Contingent on visa/work authorization in France; first week includes tool training and campaign portfolio walkthrough.
